L(o)ve to Lead
If you want to fill up your heart, and bask in the stories of love that have motivated these extraordinary humans (and more), please give yourself the gift of this Netflix docuseries from Harry & Meghan, Live to Lead.
Each episode is a gem, making you feel like you have spent time with these people, being personally inspired in a heart-to-heart talk -- with the right amount of fly-on-the-wall-for-their-greatest-moments thrown in for good measure.
It's not a dray contemplation of what makes a successful leader. It's a beautifully moving (the good kind of tears) heart-and-soul warming experience.
One of my favorite things is that the series highlights the fact that exquisite seminal moments of growth occur in the fertile soil of love.
They have stayed connected to the love and passion that first inspired them, stayed entrenched in the gratitude they felt for the people who brought them to this moment.
Most important, they are not thwarted by anger, regret, or the weight of past heart wounds.
Fueled by wanting to make the world a better place, they set that heaviness aside and stay entrenched in the hope (as Greta Thunberg so beautifully states is born of action) that they can help make this world a better place.
The show is a testament to clearing our hearts of all that thwarts love from flowing. It is that love that has us make the biggest difference of all.
I hope you will find it on Netflix, and have a proper love binge, as I have.
